I love Ted Lasso! His characters approach to “coaching “ is simple and difficult to achieve!

Thank you for breaking it down ! I think we all would like to create and surround ourselves with relationships with our friends, families and co -workers that are based on the Ted Lasso way! Such a timely article as we go into the holiday season!

This is incredibly insightful and unconditional positive regard is something I had not heard of before, but certainly resonates as something great leaders / parents / coaches friends need to execute .

Assuming someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder is unable to do this, however ?

Another great read where I learned so much - thank you !

Dr Rubin you’ve brought out the best in human behavior through keen observation of Lasso and Beckham. Both men, one fiction and one real…..now we see them both as loving human being. The best we can hope to be is unconditionally accepting as we play our roles in life and work hard to do our best. You bring it ll home , right where we live!
